Intent is to keep adding on her Birthday until she is ready to go to college and fund her college. Cheapest Nano Ledger is $60 and its expensive for me. "Is this a commodity, is this a security, is this currency?" – how about instead of trying to pigeon-hole crypto into pre-existing paradigms, we give it a proper, new definition based on what it actually is. Then regulate responsibly around that new definition. Government shouldn't regulate new innovations while clinging to old paradigms from the past. Square peg, round hole.

The govt will use their opportunity to pass regulation to destroy the crypto market. The govt is terrified of BTC. They want a monopoly on the money supply and they are loyal to the legacy banking system. Nothing good will ever come from govt regulation.

EU reg is a nothing burger. Register your self custody wallet, and they will let you transfer to your own wallet…easy. Then, send wherever you want. Dumb reg made by dumb people who don't understand what they are regulating.

The reason that the government regulators are shutting down the high-yield interest rates on crypto is because the big banks, who have been ripping off the public for decades, are losing investors and income- The politicians make big money in collusion with the banks- of course they are going to try and stop it…
The beautiful thing is… That even without the interest rates crypto is a way better investment than any bullshit savings account at any regular bank… In 20 years there won’t be banks- it’s a mathematical certainty- cryptocurrency is freedom.

The proposed Texas regulations are absolutely legitimate. There’s only so much energy being provided to the power grid and that supply goes up and down based on the capacity factor of the individual generating stations. ERCOT has to ensure the power grid is not only not going to be overloaded but has a significant margin of safety to ensure the grid electricity supply is not interrupted.

This is theft …they will own everything you will own nothing.. these people belong in jail..they were never interested in crypto…but the moment they saw people make there own money with there won choices …they want to steal it….this needs to stop….politicians get richer and we get poorer….POLITICIANS MUST FALL
